Intro

For the purpose of anonymity I will not be using the real names of my family members. If this becomes confusing at some point, someone can suggest names in the comments area.

The Teen: My teenage daughter is 14. She will be starting high school next year. She's a great kid, honor role student, athlete, and a good role model for her two younger brothers. Some of the things I will share in future posts will be the usual items: boys, cell phones, Internet usage, and friends.

The 2 year old: My oldest son is very intelligent. He amazes me with the things he is able to pick up and the things he says and does. He's a great kid and we really enjoy him. The biggest thing we are trying to overcome right now is his attitude towards his brother, and trying to get him to share.

The 1 year old: My youngest son is a cruiser. He's already running at just 13 months. He is definitely the daredevil. He wants to be just like his older brother. The thing I have found is that we aren't able to spend as much time with him as we did with his older brother, and I can definitely see some developmental differences. Nothing major, but his older brother picked things up much faster because of the additional attention he got at this stage.

My wife: My wife is a wonderful woman. She works part time so we each get to spend a lot of time with the kids, but not as much time as we would like with each other. We each make sacrifices for our children because they are the most important to both of us. But we try to carve out some time for each other when we can.
